GOVERNANCE

Ours is an active congregation. Two Wardens oversee two governing boards: a Vestry that shepherds our direction and resources, and a Program Ministry Council that plans, manages and coordinates the program year.

The Vestry consists of the Rector, Associate, Treasurer, and Trustees for Development, Human Resources, Place for Grace (building and grounds), and Membership and Service. The Vestry also includes two Trustees-at-Large, who represent the membership as a whole.

The Program Council consists of the Rector and Associate, lay leaders of Adult Faith, Parish Life, Outreach, and Tribes, and staff leaders of Music and Arts, Children and Families, and Administration.

Grace is part of the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia, also known as the Episcopal Church in Western Washington.
